These are some of my more recent paintings as of May ’24 and most from the last two years. I use my iPhone to take these photos and my photography skills are nonexistent so many of the paintings are a bit blurry, the colors not exactly true and bright areas appear way too bright as in the Moonlight Camping painting. Despite these distractions you might get some idea of how I spend some of my time.

The following are the paintings I did in my first 19 months of painting. It is hard to photograph them and get a good representation of what they look like and I like to think they are better than the photos. They are very roughly in chronological order although the big birds were done after a few months of starting to figure things out. There is so much to learn and I am off to a late start but it has been fun trying.
These are new paintings. I have yet to figure out how to photograph them well enough to get the true colors, brightness and detail but I hope you can get the idea.
